It is so critical for children to participate in extracurricular activities with peers, as it builds relationships and communication skills you can't achieve in a therapy room.

Light the Way is able to provide education and coaching to your child, family, and community members to break down the walls of unknown to make this possible. We are able to observe your child in their extracurricular activity, come up with an inclusion plan, and continue to monitor their progress within that setting.

Some extracurricular settings include:

-Sports Teams

-Summer Camps

-Girls Scouts/Boy Scouts

-Going to the movies, zoo, library

-School Clubs
